ZARO Media is an agile web development company created by two developers (childhood friends since elementary school) with a focus on customer service, quality and creativity. As a child it was clear Anthony had a creative personality. At first, this meant drawing. Later it meant a serious addiction to music, which led to a degree in Jazz Piano Arranging & Performance. During his music education, right at the cusp of what become the golden age of internet, Anthony discovered the www. Something new and exciting and something he had to become a part of. After working with several top-level advertising agencies, plus leading the marketing department and IPO of a .com, Anthony decided a slightly more organic environment was appropriate and started up ZARO Media, Inc. Anthony is ZARO's head of design and operations.
Unlike Anthony, Flavio's interests were focused early on in the beauty and art of mathematics. Always one step ahead, there was nothing Flavio couldn't calculate or evaluate. It was a natural progression then, when Flavio majored in Accounting and Computer Science and eventually Teacher's College. But he too was bit by the internet bug of the early 90's, and during a summer off from school, decided to moonlight with a local .com. The rest is history as they say, as Flavio never looked back and instead had his go at the various top-level advertising agencies as well, until joining ZARO Media soon after it's inception. Flavio is ZARO's head of technical development.
Ivan leads the planning and execution of campaigns at ZARO Media, providing strategy development, campaign management, and supervision of every aspect of production and placement. He has worked on packaged goods and retail businesses, telecommunications and home services, travel and leisure, and technology products. He started his career at Procter & Gamble, where he managed brands and developed his expertise at driving projects to completion on time and within budget. His background across a variety of industries and functions in marketing and advertising provides our clients with a strategic partner that understands their challenges and focuses our activity on their success.
Jorge is the creative force behind a multitude of successful Hispanic marketing campaigns. His experience spans work in industries such as packaged goods, automotive, spirits, and telecommunications. He continually expands his vast knowledge of the Hispanic consumer through immersing himself in the market, effectively conducting a long-term ethnographic study of US Hispanic and Latin American cultures. Jorge has perfected the transcreation process over the years, and his unique approach to brand development, CONEXIÓN®, engages three critical targets – consumers, the trade, and community groups – to maximize impact on sales. His sterling reputation extends beyond his clients to his peers.
